WEAR YOUR FACE MASK ON TRAIL. You will pass muggles, so don’t get dirty looks or breathe strangers’ lung-crud and cover up all your faceholes.
Instead of paying for street parking, there’s unlimited free parking a half-mile away on Barclay Street (except on Thursday mornings).

Walkers: 4.20 miles (miss a BN)
Mostly pavement/concrete/brick. You might regret not wearing shiggy socks, but your feet should stay dry. It gets dark early; bring a light. Don’t touch the fuzzy hairy vines!

Watch out for cops and broken glass,
don’t let trolley cars bust your ass,
avoid all the needles and shit.
B-V-C everywhere you go,
even in parks and the metro.

It will get dark, you might get lost,
Lord Boh knows if we’ll have a frost.
But don’t despair, for near the end,
you will be warmed by fiery heat,
with veggies, beers, and meat — a treat!
