Pre-lube event: Wheelchair Rugby (see attached flyer).  Lickitys friend is on the Maryland team (Mayhem) Games are at 10:30, 12:00

Trail notes: A to A. Runners 3-5 miles shiggy 3/10 Walkers 3ish miles – shiggy 1/10 (If you know Lickity the shiggy level varies for runners)
